In May 2022 my best friend, Sjoerd Sjoerds, passed on to be with the Lord. 
He was the only living soul I considered to be a true family
to me. He was more than a friend, he was my father. 
During my time of tremendous grief, the Lord dug up deep into
my soul, and I met a part of myself that I had buried for years. 
I remember when I was a child I loved to write. It was more like a poetry. 
When I became a Christian in 2010, the talent sprung up again for a while,
but I got too distracted with the day to day life, and did nothing to develop it. 
Now this miracle of a talent is becoming an inseparable part of my ministry.
I love writing about Christ and what He had done and still does in my life.
My first book ''Something to Remember'' is on its way and will soon be published. There are many more
to come.
